HRI Coldcare Tablets are traditional herbal medicines used to prevent and/or help the body fight the common cold and flu type infections. They are recommended to be taken at the onset of a common cold.

Directions on how to use:
Adults, elderly and children over 12 years of age: Swallow two tablets twice a day with a glass of water at the first sign of starting a cold and flu and continue as required for 10 days.

Each film-coated tablet contains 56 mg of Echinacea Purpurea Root (equivalent to 338 to 450 mg of Echinacea Purpurea (L.) Moench, Root), Extract Solvent: Ethanol 75% v/v, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 29.3 mg, Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 3.3 mg
