The Medicines Cupboard was born from a simple belief: caring for your health is about more than prescribed medication. It’s about feeling listened to, supported and empowered to look after your wellbeing.

Having spent over 25 years as a pharmacist in the UK, my travels have introduced me to inspiring people and different approaches to health, with a greater emphasis on prevention as well as treatment. This inspired me to bring a more personal approach to pharmacy care.

Through my experience in both NHS and community pharmacy, I believe pharmacists have an important role in helping people make informed choices about their physical and mental wellbeing.

That’s why I’m also available for one-to-one webchat, where I can offer friendly, professional guidance and help you understand our services and carefully selected products.
