Vicks VapoRub helps nasal catarrh, sore throat, congestion, and coughs due to colds.

Instructions on how to use:
Adults: Rub liberally onto chest, throat and back, cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave night clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
Children over 2 years: Gently help to rub away the symptoms of your child's cold with your tender touch. Apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of vey hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10 - 15 minutes.
This product can be used with other medicines.
