We operate as a distance-selling pharmacy. Pharmacy services are provided remotely and medicines are supplied by delivery. We do not provide face-to-face NHS pharmaceutical services from our premises.

3. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or place an order. You agree not to misuse our site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that could harm our services or other users.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend access where we reasonably believe behaviour is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or breaches these terms.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing, description, or stock error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. Product packaging may differ from images shown on the site.

5. Pharmacy-Only Medicines and Professional Oversight

Some products can only be supplied under the supervision of a pharmacist (for example, Pharmacy (P) medicines). We may contact you to confirm suitability before supplying these items. We may request additional information where needed to ensure supply is clinically appropriate and in line with professional standards.

We reserve the right to refuse supply if it is not safe or appropriate. Where we cannot complete an order for clinical reasons, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s) in line with these terms.

6. Orders and Payment

Placing an order indicates your intention to purchase. An order is only confirmed once payment is processed and we accept the order.

We may decline or cancel an order if:
- the product is unavailable
- we cannot verify your details where necessary
- supplying the product may pose a clinical risk or is not appropriate
- payment is not authorised or is suspected to be fraudulent

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (including courier delays, severe weather, or service disruptions).

Once dispatched, responsibility for receiving the parcel lies with you. Where you request parcels to be left in a “safe place”, you accept responsibility for loss, damage, or inappropriate access after delivery. Some medicines (including prescription medicines) may require a signature upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

For safety reasons, medicines (including Pharmacy medicines and Prescription-Only Medicines) cannot be returned or resold once supplied and dispatched, even if unopened.

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation or return is not allowed for medicines.

Non-medicinal items may be eligible for return where they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition, subject to our Refunds & Returns policy.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours and we will put it right.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where relevant, cancellation rights may be limited or excluded under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for health protection and hygiene reasons (including medicines).

9. Prescriptions and Clinical Services

If we supply Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs), these can only be supplied against a valid prescription, or following a consultation with an approved prescriber where applicable.

We reserve the right to decline prescriptions that appear altered, fraudulent, unsafe, incomplete, or clinically inappropriate. We may contact you, your prescriber, or other relevant healthcare professionals where appropriate to verify details and ensure safe supply.

We may require additional checks before supplying certain medicines, which can include identity verification and suitability checks appropriate to the medicine being supplied.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our site, you agree to the processing of your information as described there.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses resulting from:
- delays or delivery issues outside our control
- misuse of products not supplied in accordance with pharmacist advice or product instructions
- unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login details secure
- indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or for faulty products where applicable law provides protections.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We are not responsible for interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.
