This Refunds & Returns policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund or replacement and how to request one. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.


1. Medicines and Pharmacy Products – No Returns After Dispatch

For safety, quality, and regulatory reasons, medicines and pharmacy-only products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange once they have been supplied and dispatched from our premises. This applies even if the package is unopened.

This includes:
- General Sales List (GSL) medicines
- Pharmacy (P) medicines
- Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs)
- Any other medicinal products supplied by us

You may cancel an order for medicines only before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation and returns are not allowed for medicines.


2. When You Can Get a Refund or Replacement

We will offer a refund or replacement where appropriate if:
- the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect; or
- the item we supplied is not as described (for example, wrong product, wrong strength, wrong quantity).

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and, where practicable, within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.


3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, email us at angesade@yahoo.co.uk with:
- your order number; and
- a clear description of the problem.

Photos are helpful, especially where an item is damaged.

Do not return any item until you have received and followed our return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


4. Returning Items (Where a Return Is Approved)

If we approve a return, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Where appropriate, we may provide a return-shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- process a refund to your original payment method; or
- dispatch a replacement (as agreed with you).

Refunds typically appear within a few working days, depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, place a new order once we have refunded or cancelled the original order (where applicable).


6. Non-Medicinal Items (If Any)

If we offer non-medicinal products (for example, accessories or personal care items), and these are unopened, unused, and in their original, resalable condition, we may (at our discretion) accept returns.

Where non-medicinal items are eligible for return, you must contact us first and follow our return instructions. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may be responsible for return postage.


7. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right may be limited or excluded for goods which are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons (including medicines), once supplied and/or dispatched.
